Characteristic feature of Fireplace with Water Block, is possibility of burning a few kind of fuels: manual loading and firing up of logs of wood as well as up – to – date automatic feeding and firing up of granulated wood – Pellets.
Fireplaces with Water Block, are appropriated for heating (with mating with central heating boilers): office spaces, flats, single family houses and bungalows. This fireplaces are units with steel construction equipped with cast – iron bottom part of combustion chamber and panoramic window in the cast-iron single door. As a default they are equipped with automation, burner conned into the cast-iron grate and tank for fuel of PELLETS type (granulated wood) with feeder supplying the burner with fuel. The fuel is feeding in quantity essential to get the fireplaces temperature programmed by user on the steering panel.
The Water Block is made of high quality steel (thickness 4 mm). The bottom part and the front of the fireplace are casting in the cast – iron. There is chamber of flue gas in the top part of water block, and in the lower part there is the combustion chamber of which bottom is made from cast – iron. There is a burner port in the midpoint of cast – iron bottom of combustion chamber. And the burner is situated in the burner port. The burner is made of heat – resisting plate with aeration vents and cast – iron grate in the bottom, guaranteeing efficient and effective ash removal. Below the combustion chamber is situated the ash pan, to which after burning the Pellets is carrying away the ash***. The burner as well as the ash pan should be periodically empty.
The process of firing up the Pellets follows automatically through the electric lighter without using any fans (type of exhaust or pressure ventilation). As a default switching on and turning off takes place directly on the steering panel, however the thermal power is adjusted via the pilot or directly on the steering panel. There is possible to equip automation with the GSM module (optionally) for switching on and turning off the fireplace through SMS from any mobile phone giving the password familiar to only a user of the fireplace.
The process of firing up the logs of wood or briquettes follows manual (traditionally). The thermal power is adjusted manually via throttling valve of the air from outside.
The safety of use of Fireplaces with Water Block, is provided through security system, consisting in protecting before flash – back to the tank (feeder temperature sensor). In case of cut – off the electric power supply follows remembering the state of the work as well as settings of controller, as a result of what after new including the power supply unit is started automatically.
The controller has the function of setting the temperature of water in the system of the fireplace what lets for the cooperation with the central heating boiler and the safe cooperation in open system in accordance with conditions determined in standard EN 303 – 5:2002. Generally known conditions of linking and interaction of the fireplace with the central heating boiler do not require additional recommendations.
An advantage of using Fireplace with Water Block is comfort and simplicity of service, limited only with periodic refilling the fuel tank**** (pellets lengths 5 -30 mm, logs of wood lengths up to 500 mm, etc.) and periodic cleaning the ash pan.
